When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our art worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How are the prints packaged to prevent damage?
We take great care in our packaging. Small prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers, while larger prints and posters are carefully rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I request a custom size or commission?
While we currently focus on our standard collection sizes, we occasionally open slots for custom commissions. Please contact our support team for current availability and pricing.
